We have invested in a high-quality ‘Blast Freezer’. The benefit of this freezing technique is that at the very instant the food is freshly cooked, a blast freezer takes the food from cooked to frozen very rapidly – sealing all of the freshness and goodness in. We recommend that you consume your meals within 3 months of freezing to ensure that you get the best from the good nutrients in your food.
Beware – with many other suppliers of frozen foods, the meals can be frozen for up to a year, or even longer in some cases. There may still be flavor left but there is certainly a loss of freshness and there will be little goodness remaining.
